BEYKOZ DISTRICT, POLONEZKOY SETTLEMENT AREA CONSERVATION IMPLEMENTARY DEVELOPMENT PLAN
The “Conservation Implementary Development Plan” in accordance with the Long-Term Development Plan decisions of Polonezkoy Nature Park comprises overall conservation-priority plan decisions for all forms of uses, construction density, development areas and transportation networks.
The project targets the establishment of common spaces to promote the Polish culture of the inhabitants of the area; to integrate historical and natural assets in the social life; to protect the existing and future investments in line with the opinions of the public and administratives; to ensure that the housing and tourism utilities are structured in a way that do not harm the natural and historical heritage.
