Promer Planning, established in 1992 in Istanbul, ambitiously pursues work in the field of urbanism. Under the leadership of Ismail Gunal, the founder of Promer Planning, experts and designers in urban planning share their skills to create residential areas and urban spaces that are responsive to social, cultural and natural environments
Promer Planning offers research, analysis and evaluation on all types and scales in various metropolitan, provincial and district centers in Turkey. Promer Planning aims to propose ultimate solutions for the specific needs of the urban spaces. The multi-disciplinary team of professionals produce regional plans, zoning and implementary development plans, transportation plans, environmental plans, land development, urban design and urban transformation projects.

İSMAİL GÜNAL
Board Chairman Urban and Regional Planner
Born in 1968 in the city of Cavus in Konya. Graduated from Yildiz Technical University, Department of Urban and Regional Planning in 1989. Founded Promer Planning in 1992 and assumes the duty of an urban planner and chairman in company’s board of directors. İsmail Günal owns an A Group Planning Qualification and works on all scales of national and international research and analyses, environmental plans, master zoning plans, implementary development plans, conservation development plans, urban design projects, urban regeneration and transformation projects.
TURGUT MESUTOL
Urban and Regional Planner
Graduated from Yildiz Technical University, Department of Urban and Regional Planning in 1988. Has been working at Promer Planning since 1999. Involved in numerous analytical studies, environmental plans, zoning and implementary development plans, conservation development plans, urban design, urban regeneration and transformation projects.
ALİ FUAT BAŞMAN
Msc Urban Planner
Graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University, Department of Urban and Regional Planning in 2006. Completed Master’s Degree in Urban Conservation in 2010 at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University and has been working at Promer Planning since 2015. Invloved in environmental plans, zoning and implementary development plans and conservation development plans.
