BEYKOZ ONCESMELER REGION FACADE REHABILITATION URBAN DESIGN IMPLEMENTATION PROJECT

The project, starting from the Beykoz coastal line and continuing towards the inner urban parts proposes regulations on the facade of the enterprises located on the ground floors of the historical buildings on the main street and sets all building facades in an integrated design within the existing historical texture. The main purpose of the project is to minimize the visual pollution on the main street, to increase the quality of life of the city inhabitants and to create spaces that emphasize the original architecture of the area.
