The design study has been carried out to eliminate earthquake risks, achieve a more liveable and high quality residential area, and implement a new planning and urban design approach in line with current regulations. The aim is to create a more refined residential area, made up of new structures, to overcome the existing deficiencies in social, cultural and technical infrastructure and to address the issue of public space, which is currently very lacking. In other words, the aim is to enable the redevelopment of the high-risk area, which is rapidly evolving and changing, to meet the new physical, social, economic, cultural and environmental needs that are emerging in its context.
